A gold star line-up of speakers presented at our first ever London Fraud and Financial Crime Conference to a very lively conference full of eager crime lawyers at Conway Hall. Our presenters included the always excellent 2 Harcourt Buildings, which specialises in high-value, novel and complex frauds. James Dawes QC (Chambers and Partners listed) and his Rolls Royce team gave a premium set of seminars in their full morning program
In the afternoon we were delighted to present sessions from Doughty Street Chambers. Katy Thorne QC spoke about Women in Criminal Law (WICL) and HAWALA while Head of Crime Team Joel Bennathan QC presented on disclosure issues in fraud trials.
